Another AWESOME weekend for the Byers Optional program!! We are so Very Proud of our girls! Even if you are new to gymnastics, it is worth coming to watch the competitions just to see the amazing display that these athletes put on every session, every event!! Their performance quality stands out at any meet, especially on floor where they put on an eye-catching show for the judges and fans alike!! :) Our 10/Elite's got things started off with a resounding "BANG" on Saturday afternoon coming out of the shoot with solid performances on all events! These ladies have worked hard to get to the level they are at and it shows in their beautiful lines and steady routines! Our 9's had a tough act to follow later that evening, but they stepped up and dominated the entire session! The poise and confidence that each and every individual performed with set the Byers athletes apart from the rest of the competition. The next morning the 7's arrived bright & early in the morning, waking up judges and fans alike on their first event with stellar performances on floor! All eyes were on them as they danced and tumbled their way through a fantastic competition! Even our newest additions to the 7 team performed with confidence and enthusiasm!! Last, but definitely not least, our 8's finished off the weekend with beautiful routines and great attitudes!! Both veterans and new members to the 8 team contributed to the fantastic, top-notch meet! The girls pulled together once again and cheered for one another throughout, bringing home another first place team trophy for Byers!
