Congratulations to all the level 7 gymnasts that competed at the Level 7 State Team Qualifier to the National Judges Cup. This meet was held at San Jose State University on December 13, 2003 and at this competition the girls had to be one of the top 6 gymnast in order to qualify to the National Judge's Cup. Krystal T. (far right) not only made the team but she went on to WINthe National Judges Cup held on January 9-11 in Seattle, Washington. Awesome!!!
2004 Golden State Classic
Again!! Our girls did a fantastic job at this competition which was held at the University of California - Davis. Our LEVEL 7 team placed third with special congratulations going to Kelsy T. (floor champion), Emily G. (vault champion), Briana B. (floor champion), and Shannon M. (floor silver medalist). The LEVEL 8'S placed 4th as a team with special mention going to Claire K. (floor champion), Kristi Gallagher (floor bronze medalist), Krystal T. (vault champion), Jessica A. (bar champion), and Chelsea O. (beam silver medalist).

(silver medalist on beam and in the all-around), Hannah P. (silver on bars, bronze on vault-beam-floor, tied with her teammate to win a silver in the all-around), Tiffany M. (vault champion), Jessica M. (silver medalist on vault-bars-beam, and won the all-around), Nichole C. (bronze medalist on bars), and Michelle P. (4th on balance beam).

Once again, our optional girls competed very strong. We want to congratulate the following;

Our Level 7 gymnasts placed 1st as a team with Shannon M. winning the all-around in her age division, Emily G. also won the all-around in her age division, Briana B. was second in the all-around and bar champion, and Kelsy Tucker was beam champion. Awesome!!
Our Level 8 gymnasts had some exciting moments with Claire K. placing 2nd in the all-around and also was the floor and bars champion, Kristi G. was 2nd on floor, Jessica Armfield was 2nd in the all-around and on floor, and Chelsea O'Brien was 5th on beam. The Level 8 team competed strong to finish 3rd as a team.

Our Level 9's won the meet as a team. Special mention goes to Katelyn Mohr who was 2nd in the all-around, Hannah P. was the bars champion, Michaela G. placed 2nd in the all-around and also on vault, Michelle P. was 6th on bars and 5th on floor, Jessica M. was 2nd in the all-around, and Nichole C. was 2nd on bars, beam, and floor.
The level 10's had some tough competition but Maranda S. competed well enough to place 1st on bars and floor, and also won the all-around. Tanya H. was 3rd in the all-around, Nicola C. was 3rd on beam and 5th in the all-around, Stephanie C. was 2nd on floor, and Amber B. was 2nd on vault.

Our level 7 girls competed very well placing 3rd as a team. Emily G. was vault champion and placed 2nd in the all-around, Shannon was a silver medalist on bars, Briana B. was 5th on vault and bars, and Kelsy T. was a bronze medalist on vault and beam.

Tanya was 4th on beam, Nicola placed 5th on floor, Stephanie was a silver medalist on vault and floor, and silver medalist in the all-around, Maranda was the silver medalist on bars, and gold medalist on bars, floor, and all-around champion, and Amber was the silver medalist on floor.

LEVEL 9/10 STATE CHAMPIONSHIPS
This competition was an important one for the girls. At this meet, they MUST qualify to compete at the Regional Championships which will be held at Sacramento State University on the weekend of April 3/4, 2004. We had some of our girls do EXCEPTIONALLY WELL!!
Level 9's: Michaela G. is our level 9 STATE CHAMPION winning the silver medal on bars
and the gold medal on beam, floor, and the all-around title. Michelle P. won the
bronze medal on bars and 5th in the all-around, Jessica M. placed second in the
all-around and is the STATE CHAMPION on vault and won a silver medal on bars.
Hannah P. did amazing on balance beam by becoming STATE CHAMPION on beam with
a score of 9.725, she is also the STATE CHAMPION on bars and placed 4th in the all-
around. Our Level 9 girls placed 2nd as a team and all of them qualified to Regionals.

Level 10's: Amber B. did a great job and is the STATE CHAMPION on vault, she also placed
2nd on bars, floor and in the all-around. Maranda S. is the STATE CHAMPION on bars,
floor, and is also the ALL-AROUND STATE CHAMPION. Stephanie C. placed 5th in the
all-around, Nicola was 4th on beam and 5th on vault, and Tanya H. was 4th on beam
and 6th in the all-around. This competition was very tough and all of our girls
qualified to the Regional Championships.
LEVEL 7 STATE CHAMPIONSHIPS
WOW!! What a great competition (Byers Sacramento hosted it). Our girls finished off their competition season with some awesome gymnastics and they all placed very well. Shannon M. won the gold medal (State Champion) on bars and placed 4th in the all-around; Emily G. won the silver medal on bars and the bronze medal on vault, beam and placed 3rd in the all-around; Brianna B. won the silver medal on bars and the bronze on beam and in the all-around; Kelsy T. won the gold medal (State Champion) on floor, won the bronze medal on beam and placed 4th in the all-around. We are very proud of these young ladies.
LEVEL 8 STATE CHAMPIONSHIPS
Super job to all of our level 8 gymnasts who competed at the State Championships. Once again, they did a remarkable job with special mention to Jessica A. who won the gold medal (State Champion) on bars and also placed 3rd in the all-around; Chelsea O. placed 4th on beam; Kristi G. won the bronze medal on beam and placed 2nd in the all-around; Krystal T. won the gold medal on bars (State Champion), silver medal on beam, and placed 2nd in the all-around; Claire K. was unfortunately injured and only competed on bars - she did great and won the gold medal (State Champion). All of these tough gymnasts qualified to go to the Regional Championships on April 17/18 in Las Vegas.

Level 9/10 Regional Championships were very exciting with a lot of great competitors. At this competition, the gymnasts had to perform flawlessly to make it onto the National Championships.
Level 9's: Hannah P. is the Regional Beam Champion and she placed 5th in the all-around; Jessica M. is the Regional Vault + Bars Champion and she placed 2nd in the all-around; Michelle P. placed 7th on vault and 5th on floor; Michael Guillory placed 2nd on floor and 6th on vault; and Nichole C. placed 7th on floor. Special congratulations go to both Hannah P. and Jessica M. for qualifying on to the Level 9 Western Championships which will be held in Seattle, WA on April 23 - 25th.
Level 10's: Lauren E. placed 3rd on floor and 12th in the all-around; Tanya H. placed 11th in the all-around; Maranda S. is the Regional Vault, Beam, Floor and All-around Champion - she also placed 3rd on bars; Stephanie C. placed 8th on floor and 13th in the all-around; Nicola C. placed 8th on beam and 9th on floor. Special congratulation go to Maranda S. for qualifying onto the Level 10 National Championships which will be held in Florida on April 30 - May 2.

We are very proud of our two Level 9 Western National Qualifiers, Hannah P. and Jessica M. These two gymnasts have proven that they are among the best in the nation. Hannah placed 4th on bars, 5th on beam and 14th in the all-around; Jessica placed 3rd on bars, 5th on vault and 6th in the all-around. Great job girls!!
2004 LEVEL 10 J.O. NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS
Maranda S. had a great meet at the Level 10 National Championships held in Kissimmee, Florida on April 30 - May 2. She placed 5th on bars, 14th in the all-around, and is the NATIONAL VAULT CHAMPION!
